Who we are
When family members and colleagues needed PPE and information in March, we started working on ways to change that. Those efforts grew into the Community Network of Epidemic Preparedness and Support (CNEPS). Our mission is to systematically bolster essential healthcare human resources by protecting healthcare workers, first responders and the community during infectious disease epidemics.
CNEPS has been formed as a PA non-profit corporation.

Since our creation, we have been strong advocates of masking, testing, and vaccination.
CNEPS is a purely volunteer, charitable organization engaged in the collection and sourcing of personal protection equipment to help front line medical personnel fight the COVID-19 pandemic. CNEPS does not guarantee the efficacy or quality of any of the materials or equipment provided. CNEPS has not made any independent investigations into the efficacy or quality of any such materials or equipment. By accepting any donations from CNEPS , you and your organization are voluntarily waiving claims, rights and remedies against the CNEPS and its related persons/parties.
CNEPS does not support the sale and purchase of PPE for financial gain. All PPE being purchased by PPE2PHL is being done from hospital-vetted manufacturers who are not participating in price gouging.
